So, if your day starts from 7, get a meal immediately and then have another at 10 a.m. Then, hit the gym at around 11:00 a.m.
In the evenings, your body and mind are usually wary and do not offer that desired high energy to kickstart a strong exercise routine.
A rigorous exercise session in the evenings may disrupt your good night sleep. It’s to stress here that workouts raise up body temperature and heart rate.
